My name is EJ and I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist with Aurora Hypnotherapy and Wellbeing. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is an empowering, modern approach, which encourages confidence in change, by allowing the client to look at the positives in their life and by focusing on their preferred future outcomes and goals. About Aurora Hypnotherapy & Wellbeing
As a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, I use a modern approach which uses a combination of therapies, brain Neuroscience and hypnosis (trance). I work collaboratively with the client to look at the positives in their life and to help them focus on their future preferred goal.
I live in Moray in between Aberdeen and Inverness and provide a friendly, relaxed, supportive and safe environment, which allows us to easily start working collaboratively from the beginning.
I offer a free phone call, prior to the initial consultation for you to ask questions and for you to feel that I am the right therapist for you.
I mainly work online which allows you to relax in the comfort of your own home and allows me to reach clients who would be unable to travel to a fixed location. I do home visits to clients who live within a small radius of my home location. (There is no difference in quality of sessions between online and face-face). I will be starting Weight management and walking therapy in the near future.
I decided to train with CPHT Edinburgh as it is renowned as the “Gold Standard training for SFH” with its twenty-six centres UK wide. I am also a member of the AfSFH, which I adhere to their strict Code of Conduct and in the process of becoming a member of the CNHC.
I undertake supervision as per the registered body and am fully insured.
